Planning a celebration in another country can naturally bring up a few questions. Below are some of the things clients often ask when organising an event on the Costa Blanca.

What information is helpful when I enquire?
When you first get in touch, it is helpful if you can include a few details about the celebration you are planning.
This might include:

  • The type of event you are planning (birthday, anniversary, villa party etc.)
  • Your preferred date or dates
  • Approximate guest numbers
  • The location of your villa or accommodation (if already booked), or style of venue you are looking for
  • The style of celebration you are imagining

You do not need to have everything confirmed yet — these details simply help us understand your plans and how we can assist.

How far in advance should we start planning?
For most private celebrations we recommend starting the planning process around 2–4 months before the event. This allows time to secure the best suppliers and organise the details comfortably.

If your celebration is taking place during the summer months, or you are planning a larger event, starting a little earlier can be helpful.

However, if your event is approaching sooner than this, please still get in touch as we may still be able to assist depending on availability.

Do you attend the event on the day?
For private celebrations we organise the planning and coordination in advance and then provide a full handover of the event plan to all suppliers involved. This ensures everyone understands the schedule, setup and arrangements for the celebration so the event runs smoothly. Our role is to manage the planning process and ensure everything is clearly organised ahead of the event.
