WILL MY EVENT BE UNIQUE?

Yes all of our events are uniquely styled just for you. We spend time with you finding out about your personal requirements for design, theme and colour scheme, and then we work hard to implement this into your day so your event is as unique as you are.

WHY DO YOU HAVE PACKAGES?

Yes we have event packages on our website, these include every essential for a fantastic party, you can change or remove what is included and of course you can add on extras, we have a list of extras which you can view on our ‘Celebration Extra’s Page by clicking here.

Our packages are for guidance so that you can see what an event will cost at that venue, based on your guest number and what could be included. This helps you to understand how much your event could cost you. But your event will be planned uniquely for you so if you wish to make changes then we are really happy to do so, please let us know your ideas at the start of the planning so we can build a package/budget for you.

ARE YOUR PLANNING FEES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES?

Yes our Event Planner Fees are included in each package.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY EVENT ONCE BOOKED?

As we have all seen with the Covid Pandemic, sometimes it is necessary to change the date of your event. Most of our venues and suppliers have done this in the past free of charge, some charge a small admin fee, or an annual price increase. When you book your event venue you will be given a contract which will state the terms, please read this prior to paying the deposit. If you did decide to change the date of your event we would manage the date change for you so that you do not have to worry about this, we do charge a small admin fee which is based on the amount of work required (i.e. how many event suppliers you have booked and how complex your event is). Before a change of date is agreed we will let you know any associated costs.

HOW CAN I KEEP AN EYE ON SPENDING/BUDGET?

If your event is more complex than our standard package then when we start planning your event we will produce a Budget Planner for you, this will include any payments made, any future payments due from booked venues and suppliers, plus our estimated prices for any other suppliers we have not yet booked. We keep this up to date so you can monitor your spending. If you are on a restricted budget we can also guide and help you to make decisions for the priorities.

WHERE ARE YOUR VENUES?

All of our venues are located between Altea and Gandia which are all north of Alicante Airport and south of Valencia Airport, in the Northern Costa Blanca region.

WILL YOU PLAN AN EVENT AT OUR PRIVATE VILLA?

Yes, we love to transform villas into beautiful party settings, so if you have a private villa or a holiday villa and would like to hold your event there, please get in touch with us to find out more about planning your unique villa event. We have packages for all of our events to be held at a private villa (i.e. they do not include any venue rental fees).

DO YOU WORK WITH OTHER VENUES THAT WE FIND?

Yes we do. We are familiar with most of the venues in this area so will be happy to plan an event at a venue you have found.

CAN WE CHANGE THE FOOD PACKAGE INCLUDED?

Yes, in our starting event package the food included is usually a relaxed buffet or BBQ, but you can change this to any style of meal you wish to provide for your guests – or perhaps you actually don’t want to feed your guests and just have drinks. Therefore we can change this to suit your personal requirements.

Most of our venues they offer Bespoke Menu’s which are put together based on your personal requirements, so we can change and adapt what food and drinks are included. So if you want a chilled buffet, or a selection of Spanish paellas, or perhaps a formal sit down meal – no problem.

CAN THE PRICE OF AN EVENT CHANGE FROM WHAT IS ON THE PACKAGES?

Sometimes prices can change, for example some venues increase their costs for a certain days of the week, for example a Saturday in mid summer may cost more than the package price has estimated. However not all venues do this. Before we book the venue we will inform you of any cost changes so you are fully informed.

Please note that our packages have been put together based on the latest prices. Suppliers and venues have the right to change the prices but we will confirm the cost before booking any venue or supplier so that you are fully informed.

DO WE HAVE TO USE YOUR EVENT SUPPLIERS?

No, for example if you know a photographer or wish to bring your own hair stylist then this is no problem. Please note that we do not manage or organise any supplier that is not on our recommended portfolio of suppliers.

All of our wedding suppliers have been hand-picked for their high quality, skilled service as well as being competitively priced, they are all suppliers that we would chose to have with us on our own wedding day.

We do strongly recommend that you use our Music and Sound Technician as he is an essential part of our planning team and is familiar with the requirements, sound restrictions, power supply etc for each venue, if you wish to have live musicians, bands or singers he will also be able to organise and manage these for you.

We also strongly recommend that you use our Florist as we believe they are the best in this area, extremely talented and are very competitively prices. They work closely with us to bring your vision to life and will ensure your wedding looks amazing.

WILL WE HAVE AN EVENT PLANNER TO ATTEND ON THE DAY?

Yes if you wish to have one of our Event Planners attend your event we would love to be there to oversee the setting up, the coordination and be there on hand during the event to deal with any queries or issues, so you can relax and enjoy yourselves.

There is an additional cost involved in this, which will be calculated based on the complexity of your event and the attendance time required. Please ask us for a price for this service.
