Our Event Packages:
Our Event Packages are completely flexible – the online packages are for guidance and to give you an idea of the costs of having your event at a chosen venue with those vendors included. As part of the planning process we can add, amend or remove any services that you do not wish to have included as per your wishes. At this stage nothing is set in stone.
All of our Event Packages include our Event Planning Fees. On The Day Attendance is an additional cost.
Event Costs:
The actual cost of your event will be adjusted based on your actual guest number including discounts for children. For example if you have 40 adults and 3 children, then the event price for 50 guests will be reduced to match your actual guest number.
The prices on our website are based on our latest understanding of our venue and suppliers prices, final prices based on your chosen event date and requirements will be confirmed before you pay any further deposits. We recommend that you are flexible with your budget of approx 3-5% to allow for any increases in costs or additional expenses that may arise during the planning. Please note that increases in costs of venues, caterers and vendors are out of our control and we cannot take any responsibility for any unexpected increases or additional costs.
